Position Overview
As Growth Lead for the company's Consumer Lifecycle Management function, you will own the post-install funnel from onboarding through deep activation and long-term retention. You will design and run a rigorous experimentation engine, optimise High-Value Actions (HVAs) across user lifecycle stages, and collaborate with Product, Personalisation, and Analytics teams to drive measurable DAU/MAU growth at India scale.
Role & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and optimise the post-install lifecycle funnel (onboarding → activation → retention), identifying drop-offs and designing targeted interventions
- Analyse and optimise High-Value Actions (HVAs) across user lifecycle segments to improve adoption rates at each stage
- Design next-best-action logic for user journeys in close collaboration with Personalisation and Product teams
- Own the end-to-end experimentation pipeline: experiment design standards, pre-committed decision rules, and the hypothesis → test → decision loop
- Track and report on North Star metrics (DAU/MAU, engagement depth) and key funnel metrics (D1/D3/D7/D14/D30 retention, onboarding %, HVA adoption rate)
- Prepare and present weekly business review learnings, coordinating inputs across Product, Analytics, GTM, and Research
- Automate learning loops and build dashboards that give the pod real-time visibility into experiment outcomes and funnel health
Must Have Criteria
- 4–8 years of experience in growth lifecycle roles
- Demonstrated experience optimising activation or retention funnels at a B2C product with 10M+ MAU in India
- Built or refined behavioural lifecycle models (stage classification, engagement cohorts)
- Run 50+ structured experiments with proper statistical rigour
- Hands-on experience with experimentation platforms: GrowthBook, Optimizely, or Statsig
- Hands-on experience with engagement tools: CleverTap, MoEngage, or Braze
- SQL-fluent
Nice to Have
- Experience with non-metro / vernacular audiences in India
- Prior experience at Swiggy, Dream11, or a comparable high-scale Indian consumer app
