Position Overview
We're seeking a strategic Creator Marketing Lead to own creator partnerships end-to-end and build the company's creator strategy from 0→1 and 1→10. You'll design our global creator strategy, manage relationships with top voices in design, tech, and productivity, and turn creator partnerships into a scalable, measurable acquisition channel.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and execute the company's global creator strategy across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
- Identify, onboard, and manage creator partnerships from niche productivity experts to major design channels
- Own the complete creator lifecycle: outreach, negotiation, contracting, creative briefs, and performance tracking
- Develop compelling creative briefs that translate the company's value into authentic, high-performing native content
- Build creator partnerships into a durable GTM channel with measurable CAC, retention, and conversion metrics
- Collaborate with Growth and Product teams to align creator content with product launches and feature releases
- Experiment with innovative partnership models including affiliates, rev-share, co-created templates, and educational content
Must Have Criteria
- 3-5 years of hands-on creator or influencer marketing experience for SaaS, B2B, or prosumer products
- Proven track record running creator campaigns specifically targeting US audiences
- Demonstrated ability to scale creator marketing programs from concept to execution to measurable results
- Strong understanding of internet culture and what drives authentic creator content that converts
- Experience negotiating creator contracts, managing budgets, and holding creators accountable to deliverables
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for briefing creators and internal stakeholders

- Early-stage startup or fast-growing company experience in a marketing role
- Experience building affiliate or revenue-share creator programs from scratch
- Background working with tools targeting designers, developers, founders, or consultants
- Experience with creator performance tracking and attribution across multiple platforms
