Position Overview

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing tech team. You will design, build, and deploy production-grade ML models in Python and PyTorch that serve 10,000+ daily active users on our global HR platform. This role sits at the intersection of data, product, and engineering — with real ownership and real impact.

Role & Responsibilities

• Build and deploy production ML models using Python and PyTorch serving 10,000+ daily users on AWS infrastructure
• Design end-to-end ML pipelines covering data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, and deployment on AWS (SageMaker, EC2, S3)
• Develop intelligent features such as compliance recommendations, payroll anomaly detection, and hiring intelligence for global HR workflows
• Monitor model performance in production, detect data drift, and continuously retrain and improve models
• Collaborate with product and backend engineering teams to translate business problems into scalable ML solutions
• Maintain experiment tracking, model versioning, and documentation to ensure reproducibility across the team

Must Have Criteria

• 3–6 years of hands-on ML engineering experience with Python as the primary language
• Proficiency in PyTorch for building, training, and fine-tuning deep learning models
• Experience deploying and maintaining ML models in production on AWS (SageMaker, EC2, Lambda, or S3)
• Proven experience building ML systems that serve high-traffic production environments (10,000+ daily users or equivalent scale)
• Strong knowledge of ML pipeline development — feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and monitoring
• Experience with experiment tracking tools such as MLflow or Weights & Biases

Nice to Have

• Experience in HR tech, fintech, or SaaS platforms dealing with compliance or payroll data
• Familiarity with NLP models for document understanding or classification tasks
• Prior experience at a startup or scaleup (Series A–C) where you owned ML systems end-to-end
• AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty
