Position Overview

We're seeking a driven Account Executive to position Recrew's AI-powered recruiting services to prospects across the US and India. You'll be responsible for building your own pipeline, engaging with TA leaders, hiring managers, and founders to showcase our outcomes-based recruiting model. This role is perfect for experienced recruiting services sales professionals or ambitious SDRs ready to step into an AE role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage your own sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and lead qualification
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demos with TA leaders, hiring managers, and founders
  • Position the company's AI-powered recruiting services against traditional agency models
  • Manage full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract negotiation and closing
  • Achieve monthly targets of securing 100+ open roles from new and existing clients
  • Leverage Apollo for prospecting, Clay for lead enrichment, and HubSpot for CRM management
  • Build relationships with prospects across US and Indian markets targeting $20-50K contract values

Must Have Criteria

  • 2-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling recruiting or staffing services
  • Proven track record of selling to talent acquisition teams, hiring managers, or founders
  • Experience managing high-volume sales targets and quota achievement
  • Experience managing sales cycles for deals in the $20K-$50K range
  • Experience building and managing your own sales pipeline from scratch
  • Hands-on experience with Apollo for prospecting and outbound campaigns
  • Proficiency with Clay for lead enrichment and data enhancement workflows

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience at recruiting agencies or staffing firms
  • SDR background looking to transition into an Account Executive role
  • Experience selling to startups, mid-market companies, or Global Capability Centers
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition challenges and recruiting industry trends
  • Experience with outcomes-based or performance-driven sales models
