Position Overview

We're seeking a Product Manager to own the end-to-end product lifecycle of our AI-powered workforce housing platform. You'll drive product strategy and execution, working cross-functionally to deliver features that enhance our enterprise procurement workflow and marketplace experience. This role offers the opportunity to shape product direction at a fast-growing startup that's transforming how companies manage employee housing globally.

Role & Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI-powered housing platform
• Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories for engineering teams
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-impact product features
• Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions
• Prioritize product backlog based on user impact, technical feasibility, and business value
• Track product performance using analytics tools and user feedback to drive data-driven improvements
• Lead product launches and partner with marketing teams on go-to-market strategies

Must Have Criteria

• 5–8 years of Product Management experience in SaaS or marketplace platforms
• Experience managing products serving 50K+ users or similar scale platforms
• Proven experience managing product lifecycle using Scrum methodology and Jira
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Google Analytics and MySQL
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering and design teams to ship products
• Track record of translating complex business problems into user-friendly product solutions
• Experience with product metrics, KPI tracking, and data-driven decision making

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplace, or two-sided platform products
• Background in enterprise procurement, real estate, or hospitality technology
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and product design thinking methodologies
• Experience with A/B testing frameworks and experimentation platforms
• Technical background or strong ability to collaborate with engineering on complex integrations
